“I had been looking for help for my chronic neck pain and chronic migraines that started 17 years ago. I think I’ve tried every possible treatment and prescribed medication available. This even included Intravenous medication, when I was hospitalized at one point in an effort to manage the pain.

At first I felt tense but as the session went on, I noticed the stillness of the atmosphere and then it became almost effortless to just focus on the sounds, making me feel instantly calm.
