“Working in a high-stress environment, I felt compelled to try sound healing. Although I wasn’t exactly sure what I wanted to ‘heal’ from, I kept an open mind. Selina was very knowledgeable and informative, and she answered all of our questions before the session began.
I found the melodious sounds to be occasionally intense, and at times magical.
At first I felt tense but as the session went on, I noticed the stillness of the atmosphere and then it became almost effortless to just focus on the sounds, making me feel instantly calm. This felt amazing, and a real contrast to the chaos that I experience every day.
